What you send us

When you use the request form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name and phone number, and anything else the form asks for, such as an email address, street address, preferred time or notes.

With it we record the language of the page you used, the country your connection comes from, the page you arrived on, the website that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know how you found us. Each time the form is sent, the site also records how long it took to fill in and a one-way hash of your IP address, so it can block repeated automated submissions.

We use this to answer your request. It reaches us as an email alert delivered by Cloudflare and, where we have set it up, a text message sent through Twilio.

Phone taps

When you tap one of our phone numbers, or the button to review us on Google, the site records the time, which link you used, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We use this to count how often people reach us through the site.

Who handles your information

Our website provider runs this site and looks after these records for us. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which stores them.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep these records until you ask us to delete them. To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Google Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location, and how you arrived.

It also records when you tap our phone number or follow a link to order online, and, where this site has a request form, when you send it. Apart from Google Analytics, this site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
